AGM 2018

This year’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 26 September, 6.30pm for a 7pm start at The 1839, 27 High Street, Willunga. Welcome drink and nibbles provided.

5 Stall Holder & 2 Community Member positions are open for nomination.  These positions are for a two year tenure and are available to all current Market Members.  Nominations are to be received no later than Monday, 27 August and must be signed by the Proposer and the Nominee.  Nomination forms are available at the Information Stall or download here

Nominees will be announced to the Market community via newsletter and on our website on Thursday, 30 August 2018.

Should we receive more nominees that positions available, members will vote and elect nominees at the AGM.

We encourage you to attend, participate and vote for your future Board representatives. Should you not be able to attend, you can still complete and return a proxy membership voting form (one proxy vote per membership only).  Proxy form will be made available with nominee announcement on 30 August.
