Table grapes with orange blossom and lemon

Table grapes are at their height of perfection now and this simple dessert, to be served at the end of a healthy meal, is a great way to indulge the senses with aromatic bursts of unique flavours.

1.5kg table grapes (choose a variety mix depending on the seasonal availability) removed from the vine. – Gerry & Linda Bariamis
olive oil
1tsp lightly toasted fennel seeds
fresh marjoram sprigs – Herbivorous

Scented Dressing
150g thick natural yoghurt – Alexandria Cheese Company
1 tsp runny orange blossom honey – Do Bee Honey
1 tsp orange blossom water
1 tlb lemon juice

Place the grapes in a shallow baking tray and drizzle over a little olive oil. Bake in a warm oven for about 10 minutes or until just soft and the grapes are beginning to wrinkle. Remove from oven and allow the grapes to cool.

Whisk the dressing ingredients together.

Before serving, arrange the grapes on a platter. Drizzle the scented dressing over the grapes, leaving parts of the fruit exposed. Sprinkle over the fennel seeds and scatter with the marjoram. Serves 4-6.
